I left my jacket in the closet and when I went back a few hours later, the front desk clerk took me to the room so I could retrieve it. Great downtown location with a nice view of the river. The shower pressure was amazing and water stayed warm throughout.

Absolutely beautiful building right near the river! The room itself is small but so cute and so comfortable. The blankets are soft and fluffy and the bed was really comfortable although on the more form side but that’s personal preference. The bathroom is really big for the size of the room! And provides so many soaps, shampoos and other little things you might need. The view was amazing at sunset. I loved the little detail of having the tv day welcome with my name on it! Breakfast had so many options, from a waffle station, to fluffy cheesy omelettes and some prepackaged snacks if you want a quick bite to go. Complimentary bottled water and coffee all day, great stay!

The only thing we didn't love about our stay was that we weren't able to check in until after 10pm. When you park in the parking garage there isn't a way to get to the hotel that late without keys so you have to go down to the street with all your luggage and wall around to tbe lobby entrance. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was decent for a hotel, the breakfast had many options and it's a great location for any activities at Walls Fargo Arena.

Hotel overall nice and clean that’s very important elevator smelled good, rooms were incredible clean Staff member Alexandra was super nice and extremely attentive during our stay!

The view out of my window was so gorgeous. The breakfast was good for hotel food. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly

I didn’t intend to stay downtown but was booking on the road and picked this location. I was glad I did as we’d not have seen downtown otherwise and it’s a very nice downtown.
